Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to enjoy your new puppy. If you need to return your puppy for a refund, please review our Return Policy below to ensure all conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a puppy defect, please refer to the Health Guarantee and follow its procedures.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Puppies purchased from Proud American Bully Puppies Home may only be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the puppy was received.
2. The puppy must be in the same health condition as when it was shipped.
3. If the wrong puppy was shipped or it does not match what was shown on our website, it is eligible for return.

Steps to Return:

1. Return Puppy Authorization (RPA):

   • Contact us to request an RPA. You will need to provide the following information:
     • The reason for requesting the return.
     • Veterinary documentation if the return is due to a health concern.

2. Approval and Shipping Instructions:

   • Once the criteria are met and the information is provided, we will issue an RPA number and detailed shipping instructions.
   • You are responsible for all shipping costs and must ensure the puppy is shipped according to all applicable regulations. You must assume any risk of loss or damage to the puppy while it is in transit to us.

3. Inspection and Refund:

   • Upon receiving the puppy, we will inspect its condition.
   • If the puppy meets the return criteria, we will notify you of the approval and process the refund to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Refund Policy

1. Health Concerns:

   • If your veterinarian provides documentation showing that the puppy is not in good health within 30 days of receipt, you may cancel the purchase, and we will refund the cost of the puppy plus transportation.

2. Cancellation Period:

   • Refunds cannot be issued if the request to cancel is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Online Payment Refunds:

   • The amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued.
   • We collect and refund online payments in US dollars. Your bank will convert the refunded amount to your local currency, and we are not involved in this exchange process.
